CONDITIONS OF SALE


VALIDITE OF THE PRICES  

The posted prices are valid permanently. The fact of connecting itself on our system of sale guarantees the posted prices to you.

 

It may be that there are 2 cases of posted prices:

  • PRICE (not barred): in fact the price must be applied. It are valid permanently.

  • Barred PRICE and price not barred. If this case of figures is posted, that means that it ya a promotion in progress 
    - the old price is barred 
    - the promotional price is proposed and posted not barred.

If promotions exist, the prices as well as the times of application will be always posted on information sale on line. According to cases', these prices apply to the pending order and remain valid during all the process of sale: purchase order, orders, cash and on the delivery. 

 

The possible modifications of price intervening during all the process of sale (order, payment, delivery) do not concern you.

Times and SHARE IN THE EXPENSES of Delivery

  • Purchase on line with payment by CB (protected payment), After  acceptation of the transaction by the CIC bank, the product will be delivered within 48 hours to 72 hours in Metropolitan France and within 4 to 6 days for EUROPE.

  • Purchase on line with traditional payment (payment by cheque), After reception of your cheque, the product will be delivered within 48 hours to 72 hours in Metropolitan France and within 4 to 6 days for EUROPE.

If after 7 days in France, you did not receive your order, this constitutes an anomaly of our system of sale (lost mall, out-of-stock condition with mall of answer lost...).

For Europe to count 12 days before contacting us.


RETRACTATION.

You have a 7 clear days deadline as from the day of the reception of your order (to keep postal packing) to retract you and make you refund a product, without having to give documents in proof.  

For that, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must imperatively - within seven clear day as from the reception of the ordered product - contact by electronic mail (vente-en-ligne@pacifique.com) or telephone the Service of sale in line (01 39 95 28 53) in order to inform us of this return or by mail to E-COMTECH sale in line 112 street of General de Gaulle 95120 ERMONT. 

A return reference and address will be given to you. In the case, of not making of contact, your turned over product will not be treated for the simple reason which we do not know why your product is turned over to us (repair, exchange, return...)  

  • The produced must be turned over in its complete packing of origin (accessories, note...), with its invoice and the n° of the banking transaction or the reference of your bank check.
  • The turned over incomplete, damaged, damaged articles or dirtied will not be shown.
  • The expenses of delivery and reforwarding remain with your load.
  • The bank charges (taken by bank CIC) remain with your load. To simplify, we apply a contractual percentage of 2% of the amount treated by the bank. This fixed price is lower than the real costs. These expenses do not apply for the payments by cheque.

Right of retractation n?est not applicable to the accessories already used (patch open of its packing, piles extracted from its protective envelope...).
